Chili Lime Fish Tacos

Here’s what you will need:

4 -6 oz of white fish of your choice- I like Mahi Mahi

Bolt House Cilantro Avocado Dressing

1 cup of slaw mix

4 mission corn street tacos

Chili Lime seasoning

Let’s start with our Fish and season it with the chili lime seasoning ( I got mine from target) and we are going to boil for 10-12 minutes or until it reaches 135F.

Take your slaw mix and mix 4 tablespoons of the Bolt House Cilantro Avocado Dressing. Stir until evenly mixed.

Next, take your street taco shells and cook them on each side over medium heat in a skillet for about 45 seconds on each side or to your liking. 

Let’s start to build our fish taco. Taco shell first, then the slaw mix, then the fish! You can add freshly squeezed lime, diced onions and of course some cilantro on top!
