Since they were babies I'd have them next to me in a bassinet or jumper while I ran or did a quick HIIT workout. I don't always love doing my workouts, but I know I'm better in all
Aspects of my life when I do them!

If you are a mama, block out time for your workout and make it a non negotiable. Start somewhere. If it's 3 days a week for 30 minutes, that's a start. Have fun figuring out what your favorite workouts are and what works best for your body! There's so many great resources, studios  and workout apps out there for you!

I'm finally catching up
On my sleep from Tuesday's early wake up. Wow, I do not function well when I don't get my 7 hours of sleep. That's my magic number for hours of sleep I need and  nothing less....or else I'm not well🤣.

Thanks to all the zoom calls, Facebook lives and personal growth over the past 6 years I had the confidence to say YES to my dad, when he asked me to speak on his behalf. For those who don't know, I grew up in the restaurant business. I represented my Father early this morning, as his noble deed he is doing for his servers today for their grand re-opening at @lucianos_luccis made headlines! 100% of the dining room sales will be given to the servers. #payingitforward #supportlocal

I was reminded last night by my awesome iPhone under the "for you" section in my photos. It recaps your year. It was filled with memories of my husband, my daughters and my business. Good did happen, so much of it, just not the way I ever imagined or anyone did. If you have an iPhone I encourage you to do the same, it will put a smile on your face and bring tears to your eyes🥰.
