
2lbs grass fed ground beef
3 cage free/organic eggs
Tablespoon of freshly minced garlic (heaping)
1 cup of grated vegan parmesan (Follow your heart is my favorite brand)
3/4 of gluten Free (plain) bread crumbs (or cooked and cooled quinoa)
1/4 teaspoon of sea salt
Pinch black pepper
Parsley (for color- not a lot)
3/4 of cold water
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until temperature reaches 165 degrees
